I was contenting watching tv yesterday when I was summoned to the backyard. At first I thought maybe something happened to Finn, so I made sure to get myself out there. I soon discovered this.
Looks normal, right? I was promised dinner outside last night, and so I noticed the umbrella was in the table, cleaning up of the area was happening. All seemed right with the world.
Take a closer look.
Screams! Why did I have to see this?? Why, why? And then this.
The darn thing moved. Fast.
And it hopped right into the crease inside the fabric and we didn't see it come out.
I have a frog living in my umbrella.
We ate dinner in the dining room last night.
That thing could give your umbrella warts!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Finn. Nice to meet you.
ReplyDeleteGlad you did because tomorrow our silly Mommy is posting a special post about the Back to School Bash and everybody involved in it so please come back.

I'm kinda with Bert... Heck my mom and dad would have tried to pet it and feed it and get it a nice big bowl of water and hoped to watch it swim and stuffs. One summer... before ME.. they had a Praying Mantis guy that lived on and in the picnic umbrella.. every night it would come down and walk around the edges of their plates.. and sometimes TASTE their foods.. and he LOVED to have mom "pet" him.
ReplyDeleteYou is scared of that little thing???? Heck Finn I only weigh 5 pounds and I just LOVE my deck frogs! I do sometimes lick them but I is not supposed to. Besides Mom says they eat all the ski-toes and flies too!
ReplyDeletewoos, Tessa
OMG! Sorry, but I hadda giggle a little about that frog living in your umbrella!
ReplyDeleteIt's probably a good thing you ate inside, I'd hate to think of it jumping on your plate in the middle of dinner.
