Hewwwow! Finn here. Yesterday Momma and Pops were up to something very fishy. They started taking down all the scarecrows and pumpkins and everything and started to put up some of these...
They wouldn't even let me help! I had to sit inside and watch, and it was a good thing, because Pops was saying a lot of bad words at some points...something about the bleepin' extension cords and all that...
They let me come back out again when they were all done.
Who's this guy?
I dunno, but I am gonna get a piece of that hat at some point real soon!
Anyway, I didn't know what Christmas was, because I wasn't in my home with them last year and so Momma sat down and told me all about it...
Can't wait to see what this is all about the next month!!
Oh, Finn you are going to have so much fun this Christmas with your family. You will fully understand once you start to all those cards and the pressies start showing up under the tree. Sniffs, The HoundDogs
ReplyDeleteWe did the same thing yesterday! We are now all dressed up for the season. It was alot of work!
ReplyDeleteFinn, You will need to be patient. It's no fair opening gifts that are under the tree until you get the OK!
Oh Finn, Christmas time is loads of fun. We love your new friend out there in front of the house. That is really nice. Usually there are some mighty norty words spoken when putting things up around this time. Have a great day Finn and family.

Just wait till the Christmas tree comes up and Christmas Stockings! That will be filled with goodies from Santa Paws on Christmas morning. Tucker has no idea either about the Christmas deal. Hope Stewie fills him in on the do's and the don'ts.

Boondocks & The Love Shack Pack
You know, I tried decorating a pine tree in my yard the first Christmas I spent here. I got the lights up but forgot about the extension cord. Yes, I'm ditzy that way, bol! Well, I never got around to buying that extension cord and never bothered taking the lights down. That was 8.5 years ago and now the tree has grown over the lights and I can't find them anymore.
ReplyDeleteYou will love Christmas and Santa Paws. Don't be afraid of the bearded guy, he'll have presents for you.
ReplyDeleteYou have lovely Christmas decorations its not that far away!! Thanks for your Birthday wishes and for joining me on the steps

Mom and Dad have all the indoor fall stuff down. There are only a few outdoor things to remove. Mom just has to get Dad in the attic to get out the Christmas stuff.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot of that stuff going around. I have never seen it either . Sure makes me curious too.
ReplyDeleteDoggy Kisses,
Tanner
Oh Finn, your house looks so beautiful. I know you'll enjoy the hat when you get it. Remember to tell Pops that he needs to put a quarter in the swear jar!

ReplyDeleteWhen we went walking last night we saw a tree with lights on it, I sat and looked at it for a long time and Mommy explained what it was. She is going to get some of our stuffs out today. I likes your bear, Mommy says we don't have outside decorations, so I'll just have to enjoy yours on the blog. ~Fenris
