Jammies

First, I do believe we were awarded some honors this weekend while we had the sickies.  I have lost track of the comments, but I would like to thank everyone for thinking of us and passing along the awards to us!

Here is our post for the day:

I don't know why I am finding Finn's adeptness at retrieving so funny, but I do.

These are some sweats I was wearing for jammies.
I left them on the bed when I went to work.

I came home from work and found them on the floor with her other toys.

This is a recurring phenomenon.  Sometimes my jammie shirt winds up by the front door, sometimes on our sofa, etc.  But not a day goes by where they don't find their way down the stairs and on the floor with the rest of her toys.

Oh Finn.

  1. HH's former cat used to do that with tee shirts. He would pull them from the laundry basket and leave them all of the house. We are tidier pets than that.... But we have other endearing qualities.

  2. Hi Finn OMC/OMDs it is so nice to meet you.
It is good that you keep your peeps on their toes. If they complain tell them you are trying to enrich their lives with new and fun activities. MOL

  4. Finn, that's so sweet of you to bring down your Mommy's jammies everyday. So that way when she comes home from work she can change right into her jammies and then she can play and spend time with you! Great job Finn!

  13. Never a dull moment, right? BOL. Reminds me of Klepto Kitty in California, toting home things from the neighborhood including shoes, towels and even bras!!

  14. With Sam, it's my socks. He steals them and covets them - especially when I'm gone.

  26. Our goldens (aspen & Canyon) also like to bring our pyjamas into the living room or wherever they are waiting for us. I wonder if it is like a security blanket, Fin feels safer with your stuff by her side while she waits.

Rogue, our one year old lab, likes to raid the washing machine when my husband is at work and by the time he arrives home, she has all of his socks, boxers and t-shirts spread out in the living room for him to see. I tend not to clean it up because he thinks it's cute so I want him to see how much she has missed him :)

  43. OMG! Fred steals my pajamas everyday too! And I am home! LOL!

  44. That is so awesome! Duncan does something similar where he gathers our socks and takes them into his kennel, where he buries them under the blankets and pillows. That way they're not easily spotted and we don't notice. I like to think he does it so that he can sniff us while we're away, like you've probably sniffed your husband's shirt after he's worn it. It makes me smile.
